Supervision and Leadership & Accountability seminars.  They have been training for California POST for 22 years.  Additionally, They have a new CD-ROM Performance Standards Writing Kit and a self-study supervisory training workbook and video called ABLE (Accountability Based Law Enforcement).

Dave Hudson, the director, was last year's highest attended speaker at the
International Chiefs of Police Conference in San Diego and he was published
in Police Chiefs magazine last December as well.
