April 18, 2000 -- The Domain name of "CopBiz.com" is to be the name of the Law Enforcement Website currently being developed by APTAC Inc, a California Corporation started by Law Enforcement Trainers. APTAC purchased permission to use the domain name from it's registered owner. The name was selected due to the descriptive yet simple, short, easy to remember nature of the name. CopBiz.com is expected to be online and operational by December 1, 2000.
